The Biotechnology Law Report published in its Issue 41 of August 2022 the professional article titled "Incentive Mechanisms for Generic and Innovative Drugs: China's Early Resolution Mechanism for Pharmaceutical Patent Disputes", co-authored by Associate Professors Jiang Li and Yang Hong of Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property. This article was honored with the 2022 Rosalind Franklin Society Award in Science.

The Rosalind Franklin Society Award in Science is presented by the Rosalind Franklin Society to recognize outstanding contributions by women in the life sciences, promoting innovation by women in scientific fields. The Society was established to honor the achievements of British X-ray crystallographer Rosalind Franklin (1920–1958), whose pioneering work was critical to the discovery of the DNA double helix structure by James Watson and Francis Crick.
