2023年7月4-7日，我院2022级一带一路项目和WIPO项目22名中外学生赴国家知识产权局参访。国家知识产权局为学员们提供了日程紧凑、丰富多样的学习机会。开班式上，国家知识产权局国际合作司副司长李越发表了致辞，强调知识产权保护对于国家经济发展的重要性，并鼓励学员们在知识产权领域发挥积极作用。国际合作司二级巡视员王颖向学员们介绍本次培训的重要性和目标。国际合作司处长杨成睿介绍了中国国家知识产权局的工作情况，并介绍了最新的知识产权政策和发展动态。知识产权保护司三级调研员符竹分享了中国知识产权保护的经验和成果，强调了知识产权保护对于创新和经济发展的重要性。

随后，学员们参访国家知识产权局科学城办公区和国家知识产权局蓟门桥办公区，了解了科学城办公区的组织架构、工作流程以及创新服务等方面的情况，参观了受理大厅和知识产权陈列馆。通过实地参观和交流，同学们深入了解和学习中国知识产权申请和保护的具体流程。

学员们还拜访北京市知识产权法院，听取知识产权法院的组织结构、司法实践以及典型案例的介绍，并就知识产权案件审理的经验和挑战与法官们进行深入交流。

学员们还参观了中关村知识产权促进中心、北京市知识产权公共服务中心和北京市集佳律所事务所，深入了解中关村在知识产权保护和促进方面的工作经验和成果，以及北京区域为企业和个人提供的知识产权服务和支持相关情况，并就知识产权法律人才职业规划与行业发展、执业经历等展开深入交流。

学院致力于培养高端知识产权国际人才，推动知识产权研究和实践的融合，为社会和企业提供专业化的知识产权服务。本次研学活动为学员们提供了与知识产权领域专业人士深入交流的机会，帮助学生拓宽视野、提升专业素养、更直观深入地了解了中国知识产权制度和实践，为今后职业发展奠定了扎实基础。

参访感想：

这次参观让我对知识产权保护有了更深刻的理解。通过实地参观和与相关工作人员的交流，我亲眼目睹了国家知识产权局的高效运作和专业水平，深刻体会到知识产权对创新和经济发展的重要性。通过这次参观，我对知识产权的价值和保护的重要性有了更深入的认识。我深感责任重大，将努力将所学所感应用于实际工作中，为知识产权的保护和创新发展贡献自己的力量。这次参观经历将成为我职业生涯中宝贵的财富，激励我在知识产权领域不断成长和进步。

From July 4 to 7, I attended a workshop for WIPO-Master program students in Beijing organized by the China Intellectual Property Training Center. The three days I spent there were insightful and enjoyable, allowing me to learn a lot and meet new friends.The workshop featured some fascinating visits that complemented the lessons. I got a first-hand look at the patent examination offices, gaining valuable insight into China's patent system. I also visited the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), giving me a better understanding of intellectual property management in China.The lectures and presentations from IP professionals further expanded my knowledge on IP-related topics. I was able to interact and network with the other WIPO-Master students and instructors, many of whom have become acquaintances.The experience of attending the workshop in the historical city of Beijing was a memorable one. I returned home with a broader perspective on China's thriving IP sector and the invaluable skills I acquired will benefit my career going forward. It was a great opportunity to be part of the WIPO-Master program and I look forward to more such learning experiences in the future.

As a Master student at the Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, I had the opportunity to visit Beijing and explore the city's rich cultural and intellectual property landscape. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Beijing Court of IP and the CNIPA, where I attended lectures with experts and gained a deeper understanding of the advanced state of intellectual property protection in China.The experience was invaluable not only for my personal growth but also for promoting the exchange between Brazil and China and for furthering my career as a professional in the field of intellectual property. In just four days, I was able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the workings of China's judicial and administrative systems for intellectual property protection.I also had the opportunity to experience Chinese culture firsthand, from sampling the traditional hot pot in Beijing to visiting the iconic Great Wall, a testament to the country's rich history and culture. Overall, the days in Beijing were a perfect blend of education and cultural immersion, and the trip will undoubtedly remain a cherished memory for years to come.
