Ms. Chikowore is a Counsellor at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland. She was a Training Officer from November 2009 to December 2017 and WIPO Consultant from April 2003 to October 2009.

Ms. Chikowore is a dynamic leader and educator with a vast experience in IP education whereby her contribution to the success of diverse Intellectual Property (IP) programs at the global level is recognized. She guides and assists universities from developing countries in designing IP curricula, with renowned professors from all over the world, for the benefit of their nationals. Ms. Chikowore organizes the famous WIPO-WTO Colloquia for teachers, researchers and scholars of IP.

Ms. Chikowore co-authored the Intellectual Property monograph of Zimbabwe published by Kluwer Law International in June 2013http://www.kluwerlawonline.com/toc.php?pubcode=IPRO

The monograph is an integral part of Intellectual Property in the International Encyclopedia of Laws series.

She also co-authored: Chapter One of an IP Textbook: IP Law, Practice and Management: Perspectives from Africa – An analysis in the light of the principle of exhaustion (forthcoming mid-2018).Her key areas of research are international IP law with special interest in industrial design law and trademark law.
