On June 20th, Professor Jan Bernd Nordemann, Partner of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT gave lecture to Law students entitled Cooperation and Technology Licence Agreements in Europe –The Competition Law Aspect.

       Professor Nordemann introduced generally EU competition law, elaborated on Article 101 .TFEU and TTBE like scope and exemption of Article 101. (TFEU) and analyzed the relation of TTBE with other BERs.
