On April 1st, Professor Joachim Weyand from University of Ilmenau gave lecture entitled “The New Role of University Scientists in the New German Law of Invention - a Lesson for China?” to Law students.

     Prof. Joachim Weyand elaborated on invention law, technological transfer and other issues to Law students. He also conducted discussion with Tongji Law students on such related issues.

     Prof. Joachim Weyand’s research focuses on the fields of Civil Law, Economic Law and Labor Law, publishing a various number of books, articles and research papers on questions of Invention Law, Small and Medium sized Enterprises and individual Labor Law.
