On July 19, 2019, the Expert Group of the High-Tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC conducted a mid-term inspection of the National Key Research and Development Program “Science and Technology Achievements and Data Resources Property Rights Transaction Technology” in Beijing. The project is led by the China Southern Power Grid Science Research Institute, and Prof. Zhu Xuezhong (SICIP) is the principal of the project. The expert group consists of 7 experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, Communication University of China, and Development Research Center of the State Council. More than 40 people from the High-tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the project recommendation unit, the project leader, and the project participants attended the meeting. Prof. Zhu Xuezhong, Associate Prof. Wen Jiachun, Associate Prof. Chang Xuhua, and Ph.D. student Hu Wei attended the mid-term inspection meeting.

At the meeting, Prof. Zhu Xuezhong, the project principal reported on the overall implementation of the project tasks, important progress and interim results, budget execution, and future work plan, etc. After questioning and commenting, the expert group affirmed the staged achievements and results of the project and believed that the project completed the medium-term tasks, reached the indicators for the mid-term evaluation of the project, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
