On May 14, 2019, Prof. Shan Xiaoguang, the Dean of Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP), Associate Prof. Yu Xinmiao, the Associate Dean of SICIP, Associate Prof. Cheng Deli, and Associate Prof. Xie Yan made a report regarding theoretical research base for judicial protection of intellectual property to the Third Tribunal of Supreme People’s Court. Judge Song acknowledged that the construction of Tongji University Base was distinctive and gave high recognition to the achievements of the Base. The two sides also held talks on the future work of the Base.
