On April 9, 2020, Mr. Rui Wenbiao, the Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration visited SICIP of Tongji University. Mr. Yan Rui, the Director of Executive Office, Ms. Wu Chengfang, the Deputy Director of Organization and Personnel Division, Mr. Wang Sheng, the Deputy Director of Public Service Department and Ms. Wang Xingying, the Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department, Prof. Lei Xinghui, the Deputy President of Tongji University, Prof. Shan Xiaoguang, the Dean of SICIP, and Prof. Song Xiaoting, the Chairman of College Council, SICIP and Prof. Yu Xinmiao, the Deputy Dean of SICIP, etc. also joined the visit.

At the seminar, Prof. Yu Xinmiao reported the overall development of SICIP. Prof. Shan Xiaoguang made a communication report on the training mode and path of intellectual property high-end talents and international cooperation, etc. Prof. Song Xiaoting said that SICIP will keep providing important talent support, to contribute to Shanghai's intellectual property services and economic and social development.


Mr. Rui Wenbiao said that SICIP had achieved remarkable results in the past three years. Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration will continue to support the development of SICIP of Tongji University and increase its support in the cultivation of intellectual property high-end talents, international cooperation, and discipline development.
