Seminar on Building and Evaluation of Intellectual Property Judicial Credibility

On June 18, 2015, Tongji University Law School and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court jointly held a seminar on “Building and Evaluation of Intellectual Property Judicial Credibility”, focusing on “Evaluation Significance and Methods of Intellectual Property Judicial Credibility” and “The Influencing Factors of Intellectual Property Judicial Credibility and Its Construction Path”.


Wu Xielin, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Jiang Bo, Vice President of Tongji University, Lv Guoqiang, Secretary General of Shanghai Intellectual Property Joint Conference, Shan Xiaoguang, Dean of Law School of Tongji University, Zhu Xuezhong, Dean of Intellectual Property College, and Cheng Deli, Party Secretary of Law School of Tongji University, and other experts and scholars from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai high People's Court and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, the All-China Lawyers Association and representatives of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment Quality Brand Protection Committee, attended the seminar. The seminar was hosted by Zhu Xuezhong, the professor at Law School of Tongji University and dean of the Intellectual Property college.
