On the afternoon of May 3, 2016, Law School/Intellectual Property School of Tongji University officially released the 2015 Judicial Credibility Evaluation Report of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court.

Among intellectual property courts located in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court took the lead in conducting a comprehensive third-party assessment of judicial credibility. In June 2015, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court officially entrusted Law School of Tongji University to launch a third-party assessment of judicial credibility. The Law/Intellectual Property college of Tongji University School took the lead and jointly carried out the assessment work, together with the Institute of Social Development of Tongji University and Shanghai Guoxin Social Service Evaluation Institute. According to the evaluation results published by the research team, the comprehensive score of the judicial credibility evaluation of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court in 2015 was 89.05 (the full score is100).

At the same time, at the seminar on the evaluation and construction of the judicial credibility of intellectual property courts, the president of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Intellectual Property Joint Conference, Lv Guoqiang, the Vice President of Tongji University, Jiang Bo, and Mao Ronghua, the Vice President of the Shanghai High People's Court, and scholars from Tongji University and Fudan University conducted in-depth discussions , and made suggestions for the judicial credibility construction of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court.
