To promote the cooperation between Tongji law school and the Italian universities, and to improve and consolidate knowledge of EU law for the students in Tongji law school, on May 8th and 15th Tongji Law School invited Mr. Donato Nitti, PhD in private comparative law, from Florence, Italy, to give lectures to Tongji Law students. Mr. Nitti explained the EU trademark system through a deep analysis of the CJEU case-law and made a comparison of the EU and Chinese rules about well-known trademarks. The lectures lasted 6 hours and and about 10 students attended this course.
