On 21st of April, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Däubler from Law School, Bremen University gave a lecture titled “Separation of Work and Private Life – The Grey Legal Boundaries of Labor Law”. Prof. Däubler introduced German labor law regulations related overtime work, and invited opinions of practical regulations on China’s and Germany’s overtime work situation.

During the last one hour of lecture, Prof. Däubler and Law School students had further discussion on China’s overtime regulation in different cases. Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Däubler is also an expert on German Union Labor Law. Prof. Dr. Song Xiaoting and Prof. Dr. Gao Xujun hosted the lecture.
