April 24, Professor Hanns Ullrich from Max Plank Institute visited Law School and gave lecture entitle “The European Patent with Unitary Effect-Promises and Problems” to law students.

Professor chaired a seminar on competition on April 26. Doctor and post-doctor students attended the seminar. Professor Shan Xiaoguang, Dean of Tongji Law School, and Professor Gao Xujun, director of International affairs office also attended the seminar. Hot discussions are made between Professor Ullrich and attendees.
