On April 17, 2013, Ms. Olga Bykova, Vice-rector of Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property and Mr. Evgeniy Petrov, head of Doctoral Department visited Tongji Law. Professor Shan Xiaoguang, Dean of Tongji Law, Professor Song Xiaoting, vice dean of Tongji law, Professor Zhu Xuezhong, Director of Tongji IP institute and Professor Gao Xujun, director of International Office met Russian delegation.

      Both sides made a brief introduction about each organization and conducted a discussion about future cooperation. Last, MOU was signed between two organizations.
