On Nov. 27, renowned Labor Law scholar, Professor Rüdiger Krause from University of Goettingen visited Tongji Law School. Professor Song Xiaoting and Associated Professor Cheng Deli, deputy deans of Tongji Law School met Professor Krause.

      During the visit, Professor Rüdiger Krause give a lecture to Tongji Law students entitled The German system of collective agreements and of dispute resolution in collective conflicts. Professor Rüdiger Krause started from the origin of collective agreements of labor law, elaborated and evaluated the two main organizations of collective agreements to the students. Professor Rüdiger Krause also makes an introduction of the type of resolution mechanism of German Labor disputes to the students.

      Last, Professor Rüdiger Krause conducted discussion with Law students.
