On March 21, 2017 Dr. Donato Nitti from KEIS law firm of Florence, invited by Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, arrived in Tongji University and gave a lecture on trademark management in Europe to postgraduate students of SICIP.

In his lecture, Dr. Donato Nitti introduced new progress of EU trademark legislation, focused on analyzing geographical indications, certification trademarks and collective trademarks in EU. Through his lecture, students knew the management way of these three types of trademarks in EU law and learned more practical skills from real cases in trademark field.
