Invited by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the Ministry of Industry and Trade Vietnam, the delegation of Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP) of Tongji University has participated in the APEC workshops on Promoting Innovation for Start-ups and on Facilitating Market Access for Women-led MSEMs Through E-Commerce during October 2nd to 5th, 2017 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
