4 September 2019, Mr.Xinghai Cao, the Senior Assistant Director of the China Representative Office in the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, visited the SICIP. The Chairman of College Council at the SICIP Prof. Xiaoting Song participated the meeting with colleagues.

The China Representative Office of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) is the first overseas representative office of the IPOS. The China Representative Office will help Chinese companies connect with Singapore's IP service providers, as well as to help companies protect and manage their innovations in ASEAN and other regions.
