Application for Admission Procedure
The Belt & Road IP Program is a postgraduate program of high quality and is available to law and non-law graduates (under 35 years old)
The application period lasts from January 1 to March 1,2018. Applications will be processed online first, then it is required to send application documents to the SICIP before March 15, 2018 The admission notice will be sent in June 2018, if the requirements are met. Applicants are required to apply for both Tongji University Online Application Systemand Chinese Government Scholarship Online Application simultaneously.

Procedure:
Step1: Register and Login, via “Application”.
Program type: “The Chinese government scholarship”
Student type: Master’s Degree Student
Department: Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, Master of Intellectual Property.
Step2: Complete all the information, submit the application.
Step3: Download “Application Form", print and sign on the form.

Application for Admission Procedure
Documents Listto send to the SICIP and Notes (Non-Chinese citizen):
The following documents should be sent via express to the SICIP before March 15, 2018 (Date to receive documents):
1) Tongji University’s Application Form for International Students of Tongji University with the applicant’s signature. (from the Online Application)
2) Chinese Government Scholarship’s Application Form with the applicant’s signature. (from the Online Application)
3) 2 Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors, in Chinese or English (signature and contact information are necessary).
4) A photocopy of passport (pages with photo).
5) A photocopy of the bachelor/master degree certificate and diploma.
Note: If the diploma is not in Chinese or English, the original notarized translated versions must be submitted. ONLY the notarizations by local Chinese Embassy or Consulate (or foreign embassies or consulates in China) are accepted.
6) A photocopy of Original or notarized academic transcripts.

7) Statement of purpose in English, around 1000 words for master candidates
8) Proof of English proficiency (for non-native English speakers’ proof of English language withIELTS 6.5, TOEFL 95 or equivalent proof of English proficiency)
Note: From April to May 2018, the English Interview via the conference call will be performed to the candidates who pass the pre-check of the application documents.
