University-industry technology transfer (UITT) now is a hot topic in China. UITT is a complex process including invention disclosure, patent application, patent licensing/transfer, as well as patent management. UITT is conducted by university administration, faculty inventors and technology buyers. Therefore, how to balance all stakeholders’ benefit now is the most significant issue.

This research program attempts to simulate all stakeholders’ behaviors to maximize their benefit and social interest. Specially, this research focuses on how to distribute the licening revenue among university, faculty inventor, and firm.
