International Seminar on "Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in China" Was Held Successfully

In order to support the teaching of the WIPO-Tongji MIP in Design undertaken by the SICIP at Tongji University and the B&R MIP jointly commissioned by the Ministry of Education of China (MoE) and SIPO, the researchers of SICIP and the teaching team composed of judges such as Mr. DING Wenlian, Ms. WANG Jing, Ms. XU Fei and Mr. KONG Liming from the Shanghai High People's Court and the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court hosted the International Seminar on "Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in China",  on January 20, 2018. The seminar conducted extensive exchanges on the guiding ideology, framework design and practice session of the courses.

The "Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in China" is the core course of both the two international programs of SICIP at Tongji University. The course will introduce the theory, system and exploration of China's judicial protection of intellectual property to Master Degree students from over 20 countries around the world, which will make contribution of China's plan and wisdom to the construction of international intellectual property system.
