2025年11月9日，由浙江省市场监督管理局主办的"2025之江营商论坛"在杭州隆重举行。本次论坛以“人工智能时代的知识产权保护与创新发展”为主题，同济大学上海国际知识产权学院副院长（全面负责）党建伟、国际学生辅导员韩越以及来自智利、塔吉克斯坦、尼日利亚等国家的9名国际学生组成师生代表团受邀参加。

论坛围绕人工智能技术带来的知识产权新挑战展开深入探讨，议题极具前瞻性，重点关注数据产权界定、AI生成内容保护、跨境知识产权合规等关键议题。学院师生全程认真聆听了大会各项报告与专题讨论，深入了解了业界最新动态和发展趋势，沉浸在这场高水平的知识产权对话中。

对来自不同文化背景的国际学生而言，此次参会不仅是一场学术盛宴，更是一堂生动的实践课。通过聆听国内外顶尖专家的演讲，他们不仅深化了对专业领域的理解，更直观地了解了中国在人工智能知识产权治理领域的实践与思考，为后续专业学习和职业发展提供了宝贵的实践经验。

Attending the forum"Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation Development in the Era of Artificial Intelligence"in Hangzhou was a meaningful experience. Beyond the official discussions, what stood out to me was the atmosphere,a genuine intersection of law, technology, and human creativity. Each session reminded me that intellectual property, though often treated as a legal shield, is also a bridge between innovation and trust.

Hangzhou itself, with its blend of tradition and digital vitality, felt like the perfect host city. Conversations with experts from different backgrounds offered not just professional insights, but also perspectives on how AI is reshaping the ethical and philosophical foundations of IP. I left with renewed motivation,not only to deepen my doctoral research, but to understand how the evolving dialogue between humans and algorithms will define the next chapter of creativity.
