My research interestslie inapplied microeconomics, market design, and competition and innovation policy. My current projectsfocus ondigital markets, technology markets, and human-technology interactions in areas including education and hiring, platform-based services, as well as regulatory issues surrounding these markets. I am seeking outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in these topicsand have a strongbackground in economics, management, computer scienceor related fields.
I obtained my PhDinEconomicsfromthe European Center of Advanced Research in Economics and Statistics(ECARES)at theSolvay Business School, Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, and completed my previous studies at KU Leuven, Belgium, and Fudan University, China. Before joining Tongji University, I have taught at University of Gothenburg,Sweden and University of Antwerp, Belgium.
