On March 21, 2017 Dr.Donato Nitti from KEIS law firm ofFlorence, invited byShanghai International College of Intellectual Property, arrived in Tongji University and gavea lectureon trademark management in Europe topostgraduate studentsofSICIP.
In his lecture,Dr. Donato Nitti introduced new progress of EU trademark legislation,focused on analyzing geographical indications, certification trademarks and collective trademarks in EU.Through his lecture, students knew the management way of these three types of trademarks in EU law and learned morepractical skills from real cases in trademark field.
