Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive review and analysis of the evolution of China's patent legal system and industrial innovation over the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Employing the method of historical event analysis, the paper systematically examines the development of patent law in different historical phases and its relationship with industrial innovation, along with the main driving factors. By summarizing the mechanisms and patterns of interaction between patent law and industrial innovation practices, the article offers forward-looking insights and recommendations for the future development of relevant legal systems.
